Between William Flamank of Boscarne in the county of Cornwall Gentleman of the one part, and Richard Hawke of the parish of Bodmin in the same county Miller of the other part. .... John Hawke aged about fifteen years, Elizabeth Hawke aged about five years, and Mary Hawke aged about three years, son and daughters of the said Richard Hawke party to these presents .....

      Will of Richard Hawke deceased proved in common form before Edmund Gilbert clerk Master of Arts Official and so forth
      And Admion of all and singular the Goods and so forth of the said decd any way concerning the said will was granted to William Hawke the Son of the said deceased the Sole Executor named in the said will
      Being first Sworn No Inventories Stamps 22.10

      In the Name of God Amen the last Will and Testament of me Richard Hawke of Dunmeer in the Parish of Bodmin in the County of Cornwall Miller made the Seventh day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred as per
      First I give and recommend my Soul to God, and as to my Lands, Tenements, Goods, Chattles, Hereditaments and Premises either in possession Reversion remainder or expectancy, I give devise and bequeath in manner following [that is to say]
      I give to my wife Elizabeth Hawke One Annuity or clear [barley?] rent charge or sum of Ten Pounds to be paid to her during her life clear of all Conventionary Rent Rates [Luxes?] and other Outgoings whatsoever to be yearly issuing and is [payable?] out of my two Tenements of or so called Tregare situate in the said Parish of Bodmin [if my interest therein shall so long continue] equally to be divided and paid by quarterly payments on the four most usual Feast Days or times of payment of rent in the year, that is to say On the twenty ninth day of September, the twenty fifth day of December, the twenty fifth day of March and the twenty fourth day of June the first payment thereof to begin and be made on such of the said Feast Days as shall happen next after my decease and I hereby empower her my said wife and her assigns Agent and Agents to enter into and upon the said premises or any part or parts
      thereof from time to time and al all times so often as the same become due, and on ono payment thereof to distrain for the same and all arrears thereof in like manner as for Rent in Arrear Also I give to my said wife the use of my Dwelling House commonly called the Mill House where I now Dwell at Dunmeer aforesaid and to use the same and Dwell therein with her Family as usual for the space of three months next after my decease, if my right therein shall so long continue, And I also give to her my said wife such and so much of my Household Goods and Furniture as she may make choice of for her use only during her life, and after her Decease to be equally divided the rest of my children who shall be living after the Decease of my said wife Also I give to my said wife the Sum of Five Pounds to be paid to her within one year after my Decease Also I give to my said wife One Cow and One Horse both of which to take and chuse at her choice And I hereby make and appoint her my said wife Trustee and Guardian for and over my said Daughter Ann untill she attains the Age of twenty one years Also I give to my son John Hawke the Sum of Five Pounds Also I give to my Daughter Philippa Dyer the Sum of Five Pounds Also I give to my son Richard Hawke the Sum of Five Pounds Also I give to my Daughter Mary wife of Robert Hawke the Sum of Five Pounds Also I give to my Daughter Catherine Hawke the Sum of Five Pounds Also I give to my son William Hawke the Sum of Twenty Pounds in trust for the sole use benefit and advantage of my Daughter Ann Hawke to be paid to her by the said William Hawke when she shall attain the Age of Twenty one years Further with a proper maintenance Cloathes Education and Schooling while she attains the said age of Twenty one years and I order and direct that my said Daughter Ann shall remain and be free to [s...d?] with her Mother immediately after my Decease and be properly supported and maintained in manner and during the time aforesaid by my Executor hereafter named. And I hereby make all my Lands, Tenements and Premises at or called Tregare aforesaid and my Four fields of Ground at or near a place called Maiden Bridge within the said Parish and Borough of Bodmin and my Mills and Premises at Dunmeer aforesaid Subject to the payment of the said Annuity and Legacies and to the maintenance Cloathing Education and Schooling of my said Daughter Ann as aforesaid But I do order and direct that my said wife's Annuity is to and shall be first paid thereout from time to time during her life if my interest therein shall so long continue All which said Legacies [except the Legacy given to my son William in trust for my said Daughter Ann] I order and direct to be paid by my Executor in lawful money of Great Britain at the end of One Year next after my Decease And I order and ddirect that the Legacy given to my said Son William In trust for my said Daughter Ann shall also be paid by him in lawful money of Great Britain as soon as she attains her age of Twenty one years clear of all Deductions whatsoever for [the said?] Cloathing of otherwise howsoever
      And Lastly I give to my said Son William Hawke his Executors Administrators and Assigns All that my said Tenement and Premises at or so called Tregare and my Premises at Maiden Bridge and my Mills and Premises at Dunmeer aforesaid, and also all other my Tenements, Houses and Premises, Goods, Chattles and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and not before given during my right and interest in the same But under and subject to the Payment of the said Annuity and several before mentioned Legacies in manner aforesaid and to the maintenance of my said Daughter Ann in manner aforesaid and to the payment of my Just Debts And I hereby appoint my said son William Hawke Sole executor of this my Will. In Witness whereof I have hereto Set my Hand and Seal the Day and year first above written.
