    • 13 Jul 1819 - Discharge of Bankruptcy:

      From London Gazette issue 17494 p.19:
      Whereas the acting Commissioners in the Commission
      of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against
      Richard Kain, of the Curtain -Road, Middlesex, and Willian
      Henry Cath, of New Union-Street, Little Moorfield, in the
      City of London, and late of Leghorn, Merchants, Dealers
      and Chapmen, have certified to the Right Honourable John
      Lord Eldon, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, that the
      said Richard Kain and William Henry Cath have in all things
      conformed themselves according to the directions of the
      several Acts of Parliament made concerning Bankrupts.
      This is to give notice that by virtue of an Act passed in
      the Fifth Year of His late Majesty's Reign, and also of
      another Act passed in the Forty-ninth Year of His present
      Majesty's Reign, their certificate will be allowed and confirmed
      as the said Acts direct, unless cause be shewn to the con-
      trary on or before the 3d of August next.
